I’ve been awake for 3 hours and my head continues to pound.
75mg Zoloft
Final sugar pill of my birth control
15mg Buspar
1 Xanax 30 minutes later
20 minutes ago,
4 Cherry Flavored chewable aspirin.
10 minutes ago,
Two 200mg Ibuprofen.
I forgot the bottle of ibuprofen had been moved, I wouldn’t have even thought about the aspirin, if I could have found the ibuprofen earlier.
1/2 Xanax, when I started this post.
My head continues to pound
My leg continues to shake with anxiety in mind.
Panic in my heart.
It’s the writing that calms me, though.
I fucking HATE taking pills.

That’s one hell of a cocktail my friend. I got a feeling all these pills is an American thing meaning they think all problems are solved with a pill. Sister I hope you are alright!

Thank you. It was just a super rough day, luckily, they are fewer than they were a month ago. I’ve had a stigma with my meds this past year, aggravating to say the least, but there is a definite chemical imbalance that I can’t get through with mindfulness, just yet.
